Vanke Plaza identifies itself as the concept ‘Fashion Wu Area’, creatively combining the different customers living in the old and new downtowns and their demands together, presenting Suzhou’s local culture contained in the trend of fashion, crossing the border geographically among the commercial types, providing Suzhou citizens with a leisure center for shopping, relaxing, dining and enjoying life. 

In terms of design, Vanke Plaza combines Suzhou’s culture with commercial buildings to convey the concepts about the organic fusion of sunshine, air, plants, people and life. After the thoughtful study on this project, Qu Art China introduced two artists - Kosits Georgiou (Greece) and Linda Brunker (Ireland) to customize the sculptures for Vanke Plaza project. Linda and Kosits are the two artists identified by their natural and energetic elements in their sculptures, whose concepts related to human and nature matches the expression of Vanke Plaza project. Now, the sculptures have become the beautiful scenery, standing in the plaza, attracting people with their vitality.

Vanke Plaza
Suzhou Taihu New City is an important part of the “one core, four cities” development strategy directed by the municipal party committee and the municipal government. It is also an important opportunity for Suzhou to step into the “Taihu era,” and historical moment to grasp the chance to build a world class city complex in the Yangtze River Delta and raise the position of Suzhou city central. The gross planning area of Suzhou Taihu New City is 180 square kilometers, including  30 square kilometers land area and 10 square kilometers start-up area. The project locates at the East Taihu levee in Wuzhong district. It has a prominent geographical location as the gateway to Wuzhong district. The project is planned to become a modern, hospitable, and relaxed lakeside city rich in connotation of Jiangnan Garden City. Within the start-up district, the Swan Lake Park has invited Irish artist Linda Brunker to design the landmark swan sculpture. Along the Taihu Lake, art works are completed, including the "Bear Honor Guard" by Irish artist Patrick O'Reilly, the "Roller Skating and Riding" by Bulgarian artist Zhivko Sedlarski, and the "Burst" by Carole Eisner. These works all add to the artistic atmosphere along the Taihu Lake in Wuzhong District.

Taihu New City

Lake Mansion, is located in the first location in the Dushu Lake in SIP, which is the new type central of the city. Lake Mansion project locates at the central of the city, including various of creative talents. Lake Mansion is designed based on the great architect called Song Zhao. This are is constructed by Xuhui Group as a combination of architecture and city, the classic work of great lake view, mating the excellent environment, enjoying the luxury lifestyle, which present the beautiful scenery of Suzhou.

Qu Art China collaborated with Lake Mansion to provide the top experience of public arts construction, which also provides the Lake Mansion with best art atmosphere. The world famous artists Linda Brunker, Jivko Sedlarski have designed public arts sculptures in the projects, whereas draw a lot of attention to the high-end luxury business residences. It also reflects the combination of art, science, nature and human sprits, composing the model system of business and arts.

Lake Mansion

Yangchenghu Peninsula is located at the north east of SIP and the south of Yangchenghu Lake, which is targeted as the combination of high-end luxury lifestyle and ecologic environment, embracing goal of the “National tourism area and modernization, internationalization, afforestation of new lakeside healthy lifestyle resort”. The area is integrated as integrity of a new resort including a lot of specific functions.

Qu Art China has cooperated with Yangchenghu Peninsula to build public arts construction, which help human to find the inner peace during the bus city life. 

Yangchenghu Peninsula is covered with plenty of vegetation and water. It aims to provide the exhausted people with a place where could let us communicate with our inner world. Because under the pressure of current society, people still need to remember that our world is surrounded by beautiful things, hear the voice of their own and value the deep love that they have towards the nature. The artworks of Linda Brunker bring the lovely affect and beauty to Yangchenghu Peninsula, telling us a sweet story to feel the whisper of the wind, listen to the gentle singing of the water, appreciate the rewards of the nature, taste the sweet of flowers and sniff the smell of tenderness.

The Suzhou Centre project developed integrally by Suzhou Industrial Park Jinji Lake City Development Co., Ltd occupies approximately 167,000 square meters. It locates at the CBD central area in Suzhou, next to the well-known Jinji Lake National 5A Scenic Area. Suzhou Centre also serves as a connecting point of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 1 and 3. The gross floor area of the project is about 1.13 million square meters. It integrates shopping center, office building, service apartment, and hotel. Different from the traditional form, Suzhou center creates a new “urban complex” that radiates and drives the urban economy and breeds the city vitality. It’s a multi-functioned comprehensive urban organism that emphasizes both “inclusivity” and “vitality.” After completion, it cooperates with the surrounding projects to build a business district revolving around “Suzhou Centre.” The inner ring of Suzhou Centre includes a shopping center of 300000 square meters and two class A office buildings.
With diversified industrial development and the urban carrier function of the largest scale, the best location, and the most complete business form, Suzhou Center is the first city symbiosis in East China that leads urban development and innovation. It plays a leading role in driving the business upgrade of Suzhou city.
